Senior Manager, Elderly Program (Ref: SMEP/HL)

Our client is a well-known charity which provides various support to the local community. Due to their team expansion, they are looking for a Senior Manager to oversee charity program and stakeholder communication.

Job Description:

• Oversee the design, development and implementation of the project intervention and evaluations.
• Manage strategic portfolio by overseeing Elderly Care initiatives to amplify collective impacts. Consolidate learning insights for sharing with stakeholders regularly and develop new grants for potential programs.
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop and implement project governance and controls to ensure effective execution, including managing the advisory committee, supporting partners, and various taskforce groups
• Support other activities including background research on social issues, and drafting articles for publicity events as required by the organisation.
• Monitor the progress of anticipated output and outcome, budget spending, handle budget virements and manage project evaluation and impact assessment.
• Plan and oversee professional development of supporting team member.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 8 years of relevant experience, with 3 years at mid-senior level. Preferably with knowledge in Elderly Care or public health sector.
• Solid experience of project management and organisational capability with strong problem solving and people management skills
• Result-oriented with demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and multiple stakeholders' expectation
• Event organisation and management experience will be a plus
• A proactive and detail-minded team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Managers.
