Senior Manager Engineering

The Role:

We We are looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Manager to join our technical

team team and support satellite network operations and deployments.

Required Qualification & Experience

a) 16 years of education, BSc Engineering/B. Engineering in Telecommunication / Electronics / Electrical with minimum 12 years experience

b) Strong understanding of networking concepts

c) Good problem-solving and communication skills

d) Willingness to travel for site visits and field work when required

Job Descriptions, included but not limited to:

* Office Administration: Manage daily operations and administration of the regional office to ensure efficiency.

* Network Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VSAT networks (C-Band, KU Band, YAHSAT) and wireless connectivity.

* Vendor Collaboration: Execute wireless radio connectivity and DXX network installations according to company SOPs, working closely with vendors.

* Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client complaints promptly and effectively.

* Documentation Management: Create and maintain accurate engineering and operational documentation.

* Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to departmental safety guidelines.

* Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues while supporting field engineers in their tasks.

* Financial Oversight: Manage monthly petty cash for the Peshawar office, ensuring accurate documentation in the Odoo system.

Skill

> Hands-on experience with VSAT systems, RF testing, and antenna alignment**.**

> Experience working with NMS/NOC monitoring tools

>* Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent). *
