Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and building workforce capabilities on a global scale? We are supporting a leading global organisation in the life sciences sector in the search for an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning (m/f/d) .

• Start: ASAP / 01.12.2026
• Contract: 6 months, with an option to extend
• Location: Bern, 100%

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement global learning solutions aligned with business priorities, talent strategy and workforce capability needs
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, business leaders and key stakeholders as a trusted learning advisor
• Conduct needs assessments and identify capability and performance gaps
• Translate business requirements into engaging and measurable learning experiences
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design and blended learning methodologies
• Manage complex, cross-functional learning programmes from concept through implementation and evaluation
• Coordinate project planning, governance, budgets, external vendors and stakeholder alignment
• Leverage learning technologies and digital learning platforms , including Workday Learning
• Continuously improve learning processes, standards and learner experience
• Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through KPIs, engagement, adoption, completion and skill development metrics

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources or Workforce Capability
• 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional global projects
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor management
• Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global and diverse organisations
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools, skills assessment technologies, data analytics and/or emerging technologies such as AI
