Senior Manager (facility installation)

该职位来源于猎聘 Base Location: Shanghai or Dalian Report line: Managing Director (base in Shanghai) Business focus: facility installation business (EPC，facing Semi wafer fab clients) Responsibilities: To lead the growth of facility installation business in greater China, this is a leadership role that will have a key internal and external facing responsibilities with excellent business, industry, and facility construction project management knowledge.

Strategy

• Create and execute aligned and inspirational mission, vision, values and strategy for facility installation business organization
• Lead competitive analysis to benchmark against competitors and identify growth opportunities in High-tech industry Safety:
• Manage/monitor of employees safety and health, ensure incident free workplace Business Operations:
• Strategically lead business development and generate sales growth
• Drive operations strategy implementation and ensure quality delivery of agreed project performance target
• Manage escalations (towards customer and Exentec management) Financial:
• Manage business line P&L
• Drive efficiencies on headcount, purchasing, logistics cross regions to meet target cost roadmap and long term cost effective ambitions Process:
• Follow, create and enhance processes upon actual circumstance, and drive continuous improvement cross teams and functions (HR, Finance, Commercial, IT etc)
• Compliance with Exentec code of conduct, policies and procedures at all times. People management:
• Manage potential 100+ FTE with leadership structure in place
• Create environment for people to be engaged and motivated and develop to their full potential Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (skills):
• Full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in business management or engineering professional
• Minimum 20 years experience in the Semiconductor or other Hi-Tech Industry
• Minimum 15 years of facility construction management experience, with a proven track record of managing project and business line P&L.
• Willingness and ability of adhering to safety protocol Technical Skills
• Adequate knowledge of the industry
• Adequate knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good at presenting and influencing Behavioral Skills
• Ability of coaching employees and giving constructive feedback
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Ability to pay attention to details, and willingness to learn and adapt to your surroundings
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service
