Senior Manager, Financial Systems

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the enterprise financial systems strategy and guide the architecture that supports core finance operations across a global environment. The Senior Manager will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, strengthen data governance, and improve system sustainability. This is a highly visible opportunity to lead technical execution, support operational reliability, and develop a high-performing team within a complex finance organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $195,000 – $280,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities across the financial systems landscape
• Define enterprise architecture for global ERP and EPM platforms
• Architect and build scalable integrations of financial data sets
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on priorities
• Manage technical sustainability and risk throughout the product lifecycle
• Establish operational processes for system availability and monitoring
• Foster a culture of quality through standards and code reviews
• Develop team talent by providing feedback and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise ERP and financial reporting systems
• Proven experience integrating ERP and EPM platforms
• Familiarity with technologies such as REST APIs, SQL, and Python
• Strong understanding of finance processes like Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
• Expertise in establishing integration frameworks and data governance best practices
• Demonstrated leadership in building and nurturing high-performing teams
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
