Senior Manager, FP&A

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with Go-to-Market leadership to strengthen financial planning, reporting, and decision support across the business. The Senior Manager will own key revenue metrics, improve the quality and automation of dashboards and models, and help translate complex financial data into clear insights for stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional position that blends analytical rigor, operational support, and executive-ready communication in a fast-moving SaaS-oriented environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,900 – $205,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and automation of GTM-facing financial dashboards
• Provide decision support to GTM leadership through actionable financial insights
• Improve and maintain financial models supporting the Go-to-Market organization
• Track and report on key GTM revenue metrics
• Leverage AI tools to enhance dashboard cleanup and reporting processes
• Serve as a point of contact for GTM stakeholders on financial queries
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in metrics and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models
• Working knowledge of gross and net revenue retention and other core SaaS/subscription revenue metrics
• Background in go-to-market finance or professional services like banking or consulting
• Proficient in using AI tools for financial modeling and analysis workflows
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data presentation
• Ability to operate independently and manage evolving responsibilities
• Effective communication skills for translating financial data into narratives
