Senior Manager, GTM Narrative

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Narrative to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will shape how the organization tells its story across employer, member, client, and executive audiences. You will develop clear, compelling messaging that translates clinical evidence, business value, and product innovation into narratives that resonate with both commercial and consumer stakeholders. The work will span major launches, partnership moments, sales enablement, and a broader messaging framework that keeps teams aligned and consistent.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the core go-to-market narrative for employer and member engagement
• Shape narratives for major company moments, including product launches and partnerships
• Manage narrative development for existing clients to strengthen stakeholder engagement
• Maintain and update the corporate pitch deck with current product and competitive insights
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align product positioning with the broader company narrative
• Translate clinical research and data into compelling stories for executive buyers
• Build and maintain a living narrative system with messaging hierarchy and team guidelines

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in narrative or messaging roles at a high-growth tech, healthcare, or consumer-facing company
• Experience writing for both B2B and consumer audiences, ideally in healthcare or healthtech
• Strong writing skills with the ability to convey financial impact and clinical rigor
• Ability to build narrative infrastructure from data and outcomes studies
• Fluency in using AI and emerging technologies for narrative development
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners through clarity and collaboration
• Quick learner with curiosity to understand healthcare, business, and clinical evidence
