Senior Manager - HR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws & regulations by implementing controls & governance mechanisms.
• Manage HR operations, including employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation & benefits administration.
• Lead implementation projects related to HR systems (HRIS) and human resource information systems (HRMS).
• Develop and maintain reports using HR analytics tools to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
