Job title: Senior Manager – HR
Location: Chennai – Arumbakkam
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Roles:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining, including interviews, salary negotiation and offer letters.
• Handle 50% recruitment and 50% HR compliance.
• Manage appraisals, employee feedback, career growth and engagement activities.
• Handle employee communication, grievances and HR queries.
• Coordinate employee orientation and technical/soft-skill training.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.
• Handle ESIC, EPF, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Insurance and Payroll compliance.
• Support HR and talent development initiatives and employee satisfaction surveys.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to Recruitment & Statutory Compliance.
• NBFC/financial services experience preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience leading HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
