Senior Manager - HR Transformation

Role & responsibilities

Drive HR Operations Excellence and AI-led HR Transformation, combining strong HR Shared Services expertise with digital automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.

• Lead HR Shared Services / HR Operations across employee lifecycle, onboarding, benefits, payroll interface and compliance.
• Drive AI-led HR transformation using Microsoft Copilot, AI agents and intelligent automation.
• Automate HR workflows including onboarding, employee queries, policies, leave & attendance and lifecycle processes.
• Drive digital transformation across HR Shared Servicesreducing manual work and improving selfservice adoption.
• Integrate automation with HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors.
• Identify and deliver process digitisation, self-service and productivity improvements.
• Partner with HR Tech, IT & Digital teams on transformation initiatives.
• Drive change management, adoption and governance across HR operations.

Must-Have

• Proven HR transformation & process automation experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI / intelligent automation.
• Strong HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance and governance.
• Ability to translate HR problems into AIenabled solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
