About The Role We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with Business Unit leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires someone who is analytical, business-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management , with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering
• Partner closely with Business Unit Heads and functional leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• People Connect & Employee Engagement
• Drive regular pulse connects, skip-level meetings, and employee engagement initiatives to understand team sentiment and improve workplace experience.
• Address employee concerns proactively and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
• HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions
• Work with HR metrics and people data to derive insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and performance.
• Provide dashboards and reports to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Performance & Talent Management
• Support the implementation of performance management processes, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
• Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
• Employee Relations
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a structured and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain a positive work environment.
• HR Programs & Initiatives
• Support rollout of HR initiatives across the business such as engagement programs, culture initiatives, and leadership interventions.
• Working days - Monday to Saturday

Qualifications & Skills

• 13+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with senior business leaders.
• Comfortable working with numbers, HR metrics, and data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
