About the Client

A fast-growing organization headquartered in Hong Kong is currently seeking for a Senior Manager - Human Resources.

About the Role

• Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational objectives
• Act as a trusted HR business partner to leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent needs and employee matters
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including recruitment planning, sourcing strategy, selection and onboarding
• Drive performance management, talent review and succession-planning processes to build a sustainable leadership pipeline
• Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, including salary benchmarking, annual remuneration reviews and reward initiatives
• Develop and implement employee engagement, culture-building and retention initiatives
• Identify learning and development needs and implement initiatives that strengthen leadership and employee capability
• Lead HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives, including effective use of HRIS and people analytics

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of proven expertise in management of full spectrum HR function gained preferably from well-established organizations
• Demonstrated ability to develop practical HR policies, frameworks and people initiatives that support business growth
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced or evolving environment
• Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese including Mandarin
