Senior Manager Information Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:-

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMware-based virtual platform (ESXi/vCenter)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Storage Area Network
• Integration of server infrastructure into SAN
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of other virtual platforms (Citrix Xen, Hyper-V)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server infrastructure (Dell, HP Rackmount Servers and Blade)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows & Linux Servers.
• Proactive monitoring of infrastructure and identifying potential problems (bottlenecks, misconfigurations)
• Infrastructure security maintenance and probing on regular basis
• Infrastructure operations automatization
• Infrastructure support for all Internal teams
• Compiling and producing technical documentation for all infrastructure layers
• Managing DATA Centre Operation team.
• Vendor Management.
• Windows Server administration experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS, Group Policy , and related Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Linux administration experience covering Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu , or similar enterprise distributions.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SAN/storage technologies , storage provisioning, performance management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Dell and HPE enterprise server infrastructure , including rack and blade platforms.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, routing concepts, firewall dependencies, load balancing, and infrastructure network troubleshooting .
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, Python , or equivalent technologies.
• Good understanding of backup, disaster recovery, high availability, clustering, capacity planning, monitoring, vulnerability management, and patch management .
• Strong troubleshooting capability across physical servers, virtualization, operating systems, storage, and network dependencies.
• Experience handling P1/P2 incidents, RCA, change management, problem management, and production infrastructure escalations .
• Experience managing infrastructure vendors/OEMs and monitoring service delivery against agreed SLAs.
• Strong technical documentation, operational governance, and process-management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with business, application, security, network, OEM, and management stakeholders.

CCIL Infrastructure Management

• Manage and support infrastructure used for CCIL/Clearcorp applications and connectivity.
• Maintain Member Gateway, Dealer Workstations and associated operating-system components where applicable.
• Monitor critical servers, services, middleware, connectivity and application dependencies.
• Perform proactive infrastructure health checks.
• Administer Windows servers supporting CCIL applications.
• Perform controlled OS patching, vulnerability remediation and server hardening.
• Manage service accounts, permissions and application-related access.

> Network & INFINET Support

• Troubleshoot connectivity between Dealer Workstations, Member Gateway and external CCIL endpoints.
• Support LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, DNS and firewall-related troubleshooting.
• Coordinate network changes and connectivity incidents with internal network/security teams and appropriate external providers.
• Understand primary and contingency communication paths.
• CCIL documents INFINET access for TREPS and also documents Internet-based contingency connectivity for that environment

IBM MQ / Middleware Support

• Monitor and troubleshoot IBM WebSphere MQ components supporting CCIL applications.
• Analyze connectivity and message-flow-related issues.
• Coordinate middleware incidents with application teams and CCIL support as appropriate.
• Maintain configuration documentation and operational runbooks.
