Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will oversee a distributed infrastructure and software engineering organization responsible for the reliability, scalability, and evolution of the company’s platform. The role will guide the transition toward cloud-native and orchestrated environments while ensuring the infrastructure can support global performance demands. This position will partner closely with cross-functional teams across geographies to align priorities and execute a roadmap that strengthens the business’s technical foundation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $211,000 – $291,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage distributed infrastructure and software engineering teams
• Own and execute the platform and infrastructure roadmap
• Drive the shift towards cloud-native and orchestrated environments
• Ensure infrastructure supports global scale and performance targets
• Influence cross-functional alignment across teams and geographies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional infrastructure engineering experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven expertise in cloud-native and platform architecture
• Strong systems engineering foundation with UNIX/Linux fundamentals
