Senior Manager Internal Communications

Our client, a leading government entity in the UAE, is looking to hire a Senior Manager Internal Communications (Arabic Speaker).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end internal communications across multiple channels, including email, intranet, town halls, newsletters, and digital platforms.
• Develop strategy for the internal communication across the organization
• Partner with senior leadership and People & Culture stakeholders on employee engagement, culture, change, and organizational communications.
• Develop engaging content and ensure consistent messaging across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive communications governance, reporting, KPIs, and employee engagement insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure brand and messaging alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Experience in communication initiatives change management programs.
• 10+ years of internal/corporate communications experience.
• Experience in government, public sector, technology, consulting, or high-growth organisations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, content development, and change communications experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
