Senior Manager IT

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Professional to provide remote technical support to our overseas clients. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, networking, security, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve technical queries from overseas clients through remote support.
• Provide remote IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and manage RDP, VPN, firewalls, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Work with Google Cloud environments and troubleshoot related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network and security-related problems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT infrastructure as required.
• Communicate effectively with international clients and provide timely updates and solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant IT support / infrastructure experience

• Experience working with international / overseas clients will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
