Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure and Security

Key Roles & Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

• Plan, implement, and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, cloud environments, and end-user computing systems.
• Lead Greenfield IT Infrastructure projects from planning, design, procurement, implementation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems supporting 24x7 business operations.
• Manage multi-location IT environments and standardize infrastructure across sites.
• Oversee capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, technology refreshes, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Network & Systems Administration

• Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and proxy servers.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and cloud services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network support.

Cybersecurity & Information Security

• Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Implement security controls to protect systems, networks, applications, and business data.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, security audits, and compliance reviews.
• Manage firewalls, endpoint security, antivirus solutions, SIEM tools, and access controls.
• Lead incident response activities, threat monitoring, and security awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy requirements, and security frameworks.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Develop, maintain, and periodically test Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
• Ensure critical business systems can be recovered within established recovery objectives.
• Coordinate disaster recovery drills and business continuity testing with key stakeholders.
• Maintain backup strategies and monitor recovery readiness across all critical systems.

ERP, MES & Business Applications Support

• Oversee implementation, administration, and support of ERP, MES, and other business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to optimize system utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration between business applications and infrastructure platforms.

Project & Vendor Management

• Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Partner with business leaders and executive management to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
• Present technology roadmaps, security initiatives, and infrastructure investments to senior leadership.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, auditors, and technology partners.

Operational Excellence

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, reduce operational costs, and improve service delivery.
• Establish IT governance, performance metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor infrastructure health, incident management, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure efficient asset management, inventory control, and technology standardization.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
