About the Role

RK Group is looking for experienced Senior Managers Kitchen Operations to manage high-volume base kitchen operations supporting railway catering services. The role will be responsible for large-scale food production, quality, hygiene, manpower, cost control and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume base kitchen operations and daily food production.
• Lead large kitchen teams and manage manpower/shift planning.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, FSSAI compliance and SOP adherence.
• Control food cost, inventory, wastage and kitchen productivity.
• Ensure timely preparation, packing and dispatch of meals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Quality and Stores teams.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain service standards.

Eligibility:

• Any Hotel Management
• Experience in Central Kitchen, QSR, Railway Catering, Large-Scale Catering or Hospitality.
• Strong team-handling, production planning and kitchen management skills.
• Candidates with high-volume food production experience preferred.
