1. L & D Strategy & Transformation

• Design and implement the GCC learning strategy aligned with business goals and global capability roadmap
• Identify current and future skill gaps across functions (Digital, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Drive capability-building initiatives to support GCC transformation and maturity

2. Capability Building & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end design and execution of training programs (technical, functional, behavioral)
• Build structured learning journeys for key talent segments (early careers, mid-management, leadership)
• Introduce global best practices, frameworks, and learning methodologies

3. Leadership Development

• Design and execute leadership development interventions for emerging and senior leaders
• Partner with global COEs to deploy leadership frameworks, assessments, and coaching programs
• Build succession pipelines through targeted development initiatives

4. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with GCC leaders, global stakeholders, and HRBPs to understand capability requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on skill development and talent readiness
• Manage external partners, trainers, and learning vendors

5. Digital Learning & Innovation

• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms (LMS, LXP, microlearning, AI-based learning tools)
• Leverage data analytics to track learning impact and ROI
• Promote a culture of self-learning and continuous improvement

6. Performance & Impact Measurement

• Define KPIs and metrics to track effectiveness of learning initiatives
• Measure ROI, learner engagement, and business impact
• Continuously refine programs based on feedback and analytics
