Senior Manager, Learning Experience Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Experience Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the learning experience strategy behind a major commercial transformation, with a focus on building scalable, field-ready programs for global sales teams. The Senior Manager will define the learning architecture, establish design standards, and create engaging journeys that connect commercial competencies to measurable performance outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional position that partners with executives, commercial leaders, and technology stakeholders to strengthen seller capabilities and improve adoption across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,600 – $244,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Define capability architecture linking commercial competencies, sales methodologies, and performance outcomes
• Evaluate, recommend, and build engaging learning journeys using LMS and interactive media
• Execute a global learning experience design strategy aligned to commercial priorities
• Establish frameworks, standards, and curriculum architecture for consistency and scalability
• Design impactful learning experiences across various modalities to enhance seller operations
• Integrate sales methodologies and enabling technology into field-ready learning experiences
• Assess and optimize the learning portfolio for usability and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or commercial roles in global organizations
• Experience leading global learning programs across multiple business units
• Ability to influence without authority and effectively communicate with executives
• Advanced proficiency with instructional design tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience developing eLearning modules and leveraging data insights from CRM and LMS
• Veeva Vault experience preferred
