Senior Manager / Manager - IT Infrastructure (Ref# SMM260821J)

Key Responsibilities

Report to IT Infrastructure Lead.

• Manage and maintain Cyberport's enterprise infrastructure, including Linux/Windows servers, VMware virtualization, VM farms, private cloud and IaaS platforms.
• Administer Docker and Kubernetes environments, including provisioning, upgrades, capacity management, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Manage CI/CD, DevOps/DevSecOps and infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python and Shell scripting.
• Operate monitoring and observability platforms, including Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging and SIEM integration.
• Provide system and infrastructure support to Cyberport internal systems and AI Supercomputing Centre operations teams, including NVIDIA DGX and AI related infrastructure.
• Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, backup, recovery and infrastructure security management.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure and production incidents.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes, technical implementation and support activities with internal teams, contractors, system integrators and vendors.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, operational procedures and configuration records.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer engineering, information and communication technology, AI and data science, software engineering or related fields.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux, VMware, Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, Prometheus/Grafana and enterprise monitoring.

• Good knowledge of networking, storage, Active Directory, security, vulnerability management and high-availability infrastructure.

• Experience with NVIDIA DGX, GPU/HPC infrastructure, InfiniBand, Slurm or AI platforms would be an advantage.

• Relevant certifications such as CKA/CKS, RHCE, VMware, NVIDIA, cloud or ITIL certifications would be advantageous.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, preferably with at least 5 years of hands-on system and Linux administration experience.

• To support the operation, development and continuous enhancements of Cyberport’s IT/AI infrastructure capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

• Knowledge of Hong Kong office market trends, technology sector dynamics, startup ecosystem, and innovation industries is highly desirable.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
