Senior Manager / Manager, Programme

Coordinate the successful launch of Telco Business by managing cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment across workstreams, monitoring risks and dependencies, driving execution and establishing project governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end launch programme, covering all activities across Technology, Product, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Regulatory, Finance, HR, partners and vendors.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across departments through daily and weekly programme meetings, action tracking, deliverable follow-up and issue escalation.
• Develop programme dashboards and reporting for the CEO and leadership team, providing visibility on progress, key issues, risks and dependencies.
• Manage enterprise risks across each programme workstream and ensure key risks and issues are appropriately tracked and addressed.
• Establish programme governance and drive overall business readiness to ensure successful launch.
• Coordinate programme budget tracking and expenditure monitoring with Finance.
• Following launch, manage projects and programmes that contribute to the company's broader change portfolio.
• Depending on business requirements, the role may evolve to include monitoring of AI agents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management and Programme Management.
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional programmes and stakeholders.
• Telecommunications industry background is required.
