Senior Manager, Market Intelligence & Development

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Market Intelligence & Development to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead market intelligence efforts that inform product launch planning, commercial strategy, and growth opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate research and data into actionable recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market decisions and support the successful introduction of new products in a highly regulated, innovation-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional market research initiatives to support product launches and market growth
• Oversee project management for market research studies, including budgeting and data analysis
• Create compelling presentations of market insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and soft launch protocols for new products
• Identify and evaluate KPIs for product launch success pre- and post-launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, or strategy consulting
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role; experience in the diagnostics field is a plus
• Proven ability to turn market insights into effective business strategies
• Strong proficiency with market research tools and Microsoft Excel
