• Plan & execute on-ground events, van activations, society branding, local melas, jataras, festive events, fan premieres, pressmeets, meet & greets etc
• Execute Innovations on ground
• Supervise local agencies & vendors
• Drive rural market penetration strategies
• Leverage local events and festivals
• Ensure language, visuals & tone reflect regional sensibilities
• Monitor competitor campaigns
• Track consumer behavior in different geographies
• Analyze feedback from rural/urban consumers
• Supervise execution in field
• Conduct audits and vendor checks
• Manage last-mile delivery with precision

ATL Campaigns: - Manage TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor & Cinema advertising

• Coordinate with media & creative agencies
• Ensure regional flavour in creatives
• Track campaign performance & ROI

Job Requirement

• Strong project and vendor management skills with an execution-first mindset.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, media plans, and timelines independently.
• Fluent in Telugu and comfortable working in linguistically and culturally diverse markets.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and adaptable to local conditions and work environments.
