Senior Manager, MarTech (Salesforce)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, MarTech (Salesforce) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead the strategy and execution for a marketing technology function focused on enterprise CRM and cloud-based customer engagement solutions. The position will partner closely with sales, client-facing teams, and external ecosystem partners to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce platform expertise with leadership experience and a strong focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,150 – $196,210 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for Salesforce services
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue attainment for Salesforce offerings
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic pursuits and client relationships
• Establish executive relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem and with partners
• Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction for strategic engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
• 5-7 years of CRM experience
• Proven leadership experience, including at least three years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce services including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI
