Senior Manager, Network Engineering (Americas)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Network Engineering (Americas) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leadership role will oversee network engineering strategy and execution across the Americas, with a focus on building resilient, modern infrastructure that supports business operations at scale. The position will guide a regional team, strengthen observability and incident response, and partner with stakeholders to align technical decisions with broader operational goals. The role also includes vendor management, budget oversight, and delivery of complex network initiatives across multiple locations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the network engineering strategy for the Americas region.
• Drive maturity of network observability to enhance incident resolution.
• Manage the Americas network engineering budget, including cost management.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strategic vendor relationships.
• Lead and grow the network engineering team across North and Latin America.
• Deliver comprehensive network engineering projects across the Americas footprint.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for network infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in network engineering, covering routing, switching, WAN, and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing network engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with SD WAN and SASE architecture design and deployment.
• Experience building network observability programs with telemetry and automation.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar network budgets.
• Experience delivering network projects across multiple locations.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technology strategies to executive stakeholders.
