Job Description:

This is a role that requires you to have a unique blend of business development, account management, and technical knowledge. As Ultraviolet Cyber engages with clients to propose and deliver our offensive and defensive security services you will have direct responsibility for developing strong and lasting relationships with clients. You will also be effectively identifying and selling follow-on work to clients, assisting Sales in selling new business to clients, ensuring contracts are properly managed and serving as an effective escalation point for client issues and problems on engagements.

You will manage an existing portfolio of major clients in both the APAC and Japan regions and will be responsible for identifying new projects, new business in existing clients and new logo across the region. Maintaining existing relationships, forging new ones within existing clients and working with Sales to develop new relationships in new logo are also key requirements.

There will be travel required across the region, typically once per quarter and on an ad hoc basis across APAC and in India to support internal stakeholders in Hyderabad and our India based clients.

You will work as part of the wider Customer Success function reporting to UK and US stakeholders.

You will need the following attributes:

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and at the client.
  • Have awareness of end-to-end project management life-cycle including planning, execution and closeout.
  • Possess excellent written communication skills for use in preparing formal documentation, Statements of Work, proposals, white papers, and case studies
  • Verbal skills that include the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and to deliver presentations to all levels of management internally and externally.
