Senior Manager ,Operations

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for performing the daily operations work, such as account opening support, cash & security holding reconciliation, fee payment，handling subscription and redemption
• Monitor the completeness of daily trade execution and matching performed by back office team
• Produce regulatory and customer reports
• Participate in new fund launch
• Collaborate closely with the technology team to accelerate and increase efficiency in daily workflow
• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians and prime brokers on a daily basis
• Close communication with internal departments, such as Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing etc.
• Provide support to senior management for new project implementation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
• 3 years or above hands on public fund operation/fund admin experience, more experience also welcome
• Familiar with fund operation cycle and with experience in Cayman Funds
• Experience in ETF is an advantage
• Good PC skills is a definite advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Less experience would be considered as operation officer
