Responsibilities:

• Provide overarching leadership for highly complex, large-scale programs or portfolios spanning multiple business units and operational hubs, managing significant inventory volumes and diverse operational teams.
• Own the operational roadmap, translating strategic priorities into tactical execution plans covering staffing, capacity, automation investments, footprint optimization, and contract renewals.
• Drive organizational design and talent management, structuring teams for scalable growth while building robust succession plans and strengthening the management bench.
• Lead business strategy execution, including major commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and high-stakes customer relationship management.
• Own the P&L for significant revenue portfolios, driving margin expansion initiatives and maintaining disciplined cost management against annual targets.
• Develop business cases, conduct ROI assessments, and recommend CAPEX investments for major facility upgrades, material handling equipment (MHE), and automation initiatives in line with financial and depreciation guidelines.
• Serve as the overall site lead for workplace safety, risk management, and business continuity planning (BCP).
• Lead major Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs), driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, IT, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a managerial position within Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record in P&L management, Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) and leading large, multi-functional teams.
