• Good drafting skills i.e. Drafting regulatory replies, preparing notes for approvals, Drafting Communiques etc.

• Good Communication Skills, English spoken

• Good at Excel, preparation of MIS and various data as required by the regulator from time to time.

• Co-ordinate with internal stake holders / team members etc.

• Good at handling under pressure

• Good at working at flexible hours.

• To co-ordinate with internal / external auditors and inspection teams.

• To manage the queries from Issuers / DPs / RTAs.

• To attend the meetings and respond MIIs / Regulatory queries for existing / new processes / systems.

• Raise various system requirements and automation for managing the operational activities.

• Co-ordinate and manage / training internal stake holders / team members etc.

• Cleaning up system database in line with latest regulatory requirements and smooth lining processes.

• To implement new regulatory requirements / projects.

• Any activities assigned by supervisors, HOD, senior management etc.

• Drafting / issuing communiques, operating instructions, responses to regulators / clients etc. 10. Providing various MIS and details to senior management.
