Primary Purpose Of Position

• Manage a group of high impact partners with a goal of amplifying revenue and driving new business.
• Drive higher active Advertiser rate through technology providers Essential Functions of the Job:
• Grow relationships with a portfolio of technology providers
• Drive joint business planning and track technology providers progress to goals
• Collaborate with technology providers to develop and execute go to market plans through joint marketing and co-selling
• Establish developer relations to enable technical tools and software
• Identify and develop education and materials to drive technology providers growth
• Design effective way to outreach advertiser leveraging partner network and joint efforts with technology providers

Specific Duties And Accountabilities Of The Job

• Support technology provider partner development lead and teams to help Technology Providers to grow on Walmart
• Collect feedback from partners to help inform and prioritize API product roadmap
• Enable Partners with educational content and trainings to help drive Walmart Connect awareness and adoption.
• Resolve tech provider roadblocks and pro-actively identify areas of opportunity
• Support Walmart Connect Partner Network programs for advertiser adoption and any related ad credit programs

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce and/or related industries with 1-2 years advertising experience.
• Proven track record of managing relationships and projects. Partner Management experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excels in execution
• Able to manage large amounts of data.
• Establishes efficient processes in order to make sound decisions.
• Takes ownership, Manages multiple projects well.
• Proficiency in oral and written English and local language
• Bachelor's degree
