Senior Manager - Payroll

Roles and Responsibilities :

• MBA in Finance/MBA in HR
• GCC/Shared service experiences are must
• India Payroll and Income tax experience is must.

**- Knowledge of SAP – ERP system (HR Module) SAP ECC 6.0 or S4/HANA is must

• Able to handle; Payroll calculation like, Gross to Net, Leave encashment, PF, ESI, Statutory Bonus, Gratuity, Over time etc.

• Work with data from multiple systems and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables.

• Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in data analysis

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented

• Advanced MS Excel skills specifically Pivot Tables, Look Ups and Nested If statements

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Respond to Employees and client inquiries and assist in month end closing activities and other projects as needed.

• Nice to have skills like Power BI, Gen AI etc.

• Experience working with SOP-driven operational processes and reporting activities.

• Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, report generation, and operational controls.

• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under time pressure

• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple cross-discipline teams on problem resolution as well as identifying best practices and process efficiencies**
