Senior Manager, Performance Management

• Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across warehouses, transport, and support functions.

• Lead business reviews and drive corrective-action planning with operations and finance leads.

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytics reports for management visibility.

• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and process-improvement projects to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.

• Partner with IT and Finance for data integrity, reporting automation, and system enhancements.

• Conduct variance analysis, benchmarking, and productivity studies across business units.

• Mentor Performance Analysts and Supervisors in data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
