Senior Manager, Pharmacy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Pharmacy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,616 – $229,786 annually

Responsibilities

• Direct the management of operational aspects of pharmacy UM services for assigned segment
• Support managers with program monitoring and alignment with goals
• Monitor team dependencies and performance to identify risks and escalate issues
• Manage implementation of corporate and departmental projects impacting UM operations
• Manage operations of overall utilization management programs and ensure compliance
• Identify new initiatives and modifications to improve competitive position
• Evaluate pharmacy industry trends and recommend interventions to support goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Pharmacy
• 8+ years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of degree 10+ years of experience in a related field
• A current pharmacy license required, NC licensure may be needed
