Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead PMS Client Servicing operations and drive service excellence, process improvement and strategic initiatives. The role will involve managing high-value clients, distributors and internal stakeholders while ensuring seamless end-to-end client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMS client servicing operations including account opening, client queries, transaction requests, reporting and grievance handling.
  • Manage servicing requirements for high-value clients and distributors and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Investments, Operations, Compliance, Technology and senior management for seamless service delivery.
  • Drive process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve TAT and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor client feedback, service metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and service governance standards.
  • Lead and manage client servicing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and servicing requirements for GIFT City PMS clients, wherever applicable.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in PMS Client Servicing, Wealth Management Operations or Private Banking Operations.
  • Strong understanding of PMS products, client servicing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients, distributors and complex client escalations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, project management and service automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum, WealthServe, CRM and digital servicing platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and client management skills.
  • GIFT City PMS / GIFT City operations exposure will be preferred.
