Senior Manager (Pre-Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive digital solutions for logistics supply chain operations and integrate advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and visibility.

• Specialize in blockchain-based applications and leverage knowledge of platforms to design and implement industry-leading solutions.

• Build and manage the ecosystem for electronic bill of lading and financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies, to ensure seamless integration and compliance with industry regulations.

• Collaborate with product teams to optimize product’s functionality based on client feedback and market needs. Support sales teams in client visits and solution presentations, and other functional teams for supporting integration of IQAX digital offerings and platform.

• Support sales team to explore business opportunities by engaging with clients in face-to-face meetings, driving solution adoption and addressing challenges for developing solutions to secure new contracts and revenue streams.

• Lead the design and delivery of tailored solutions for high-value client engagements and ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in information technology or Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• 10 years of experience in Information Technology, Logistics & Supply Chain or digital transformation roles, with a strong emphasis on solution architecture and client engagement.

• Proven experience in solution design within the logistics or supply chain domain, with a track record of successful digital solution implementation.

• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, particularly in the context of electronic bill of lading.

• Experience in building ecosystems that connect shipping documentation with financial institutions, including banks and insurers.

• Frequent business travel is required to support client engagements, industry events, and cross-regional collaboration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for manager role.
