Senior Manager, Professional Services

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee a high-performing services organization focused on customer implementation and delivery excellence. You will lead and coach a team of service delivery professionals while driving productivity, utilization, revenue, and operational outcomes. The position requires close collaboration across internal teams to balance customer needs, project health, and business priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,900 – $132,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of service delivery professionals
• Drive achievement of productivity, utilization, revenue, and operational goals
• Monitor project health and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Forecast resource needs and align staffing with project demand
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and the implementation portfolio
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives
• Collaborate across teams to achieve consistent execution and delivery excellence

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management and coaching
• Experience leading implementation, consulting, or customer delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams amid competing priorities
• Experience managing operational metrics such as utilization and resource forecasting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
