Senior Manager - Project Implementation

The Senior Manager Project Implementation will be responsible for leading the end-to-endimplementation of strategic and operational projects under the Operations Excellence vertical.The role requires strong project management capabilities, supply chain management expertise,and operational experience to ensure timely, efficient, and profitable execution of projects.The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, customers, and internalteams to deliver projects aligned with organizational goals, while ensuring operationalefficiency, process standardization, and profitability. The role also involves team leadership,performance management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through data-drivendecision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Implementation Lead end-to-end project implementation, from planning to execution and stabilization, inline with Operations Excellence standards and methodologies. Follow defined project management frameworks and ensure adherence to timelines,scope, quality, and cost objectives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance,technology, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure smooth transition to steadystate operations.

2. Operations & Supply Chain Alignment Leverage supply chain management knowledge to design and implement efficientoperational processes. Ensure projects are aligned with operational feasibility, scalability, and efficiencyobjectives. Drive process optimization, productivity improvements, and operational standardization.

3. Financial & Profitability Management Conduct P&L analysis for projects and monitor financial performance against businesstargets. Analyze cost structures, margins, and operational efficiencies to ensure projectprofitability. Publish regular project performance reports and provide insights for business decisionmaking.

4. Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during projectimplementation. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and trust. Ensure clear communication of project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes tostakeholders.

5. Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to deliver high performance and accountability. Develop team capabilities and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuousimprovement. Ensure effective resource planning and optimal team utilization.

6. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Use analytical tools and data insights to monitor project performance and identifyimprovement opportunities. Track KPIs and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes. Support Operations Excellence initiatives, including process improvement and bestpractice adoption.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

9-12 years of overall experience

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations-driven industries preferred

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

MBA or Project Management certification preferred
