Senior Manager - Projects (Power Distribution)

• Lead end-to-end execution of Power Distribution & RDSS projects from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, resources and project milestones.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, clients, consultants and government authorities for approvals, inspections and project execution.
• Manage contractors/subcontractors and ensure timely, quality execution as per specifications and contractual requirements.
• Monitor BOQ, measurements, RA bills, project costs, variations and commercial aspects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements at project sites.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project teams and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Prepare project MIS, progress reports and management updates.

Preferred: Experience in RDSS, HT/LT distribution, underground cabling, substations, RMU, feeder segregation and DISCOM projects. Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and strong client/contractor management skills will be an advantage
