Senior Manager, Proposal Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Proposal Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead proposal management strategy and execution in support of a healthcare organization’s broader business objectives. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to strengthen operational effectiveness, improve scalability, and align team priorities with organizational needs. The position also plays a key role in evaluating performance, workforce requirements, and process improvements that drive better outcomes across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Align departmental strategy with organizational objectives
• Evaluate business performance and workforce needs
• Identify improvement opportunities for scalability and effectiveness
• Lead initiatives to enhance organizational performance
• Champion emerging technologies and automation solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience in Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharma
• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of people management experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and initiatives
• Strong business and financial acumen
