Senior Manager – SaaS Platform & Client Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SaaS platform operations and client technical requirements.
• Lead and manage Tech Support and Customer Support teams.
• Handle client meetings, technical solutioning, and pre-sales support.
• Coordinate with Sales and Development teams for platform launches and implementations.
• Manage SaaS integrations including API, SSO, HRMS, and related systems.
• Drive process automation using Google Apps Script, AI tools, and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate ISO, GDPR, VAPT, and information security activities.
• Manage technology and development vendors.
• Monitor and optimize AWS costs and usage.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in SaaS, Technology Operations, Product/Platform Operations, or Client Delivery.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Good technical understanding of SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Experience in team handling and technical support management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of API, SSO, HRMS, AWS, and information security processes will be preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Development, Support, and external vendors.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
