We're looking for a Senior Manager Scientific Content in Neuchatel to shape, curate, and synthesize high-quality content across priority R&D scientific domains.

This role ensures that content is coherent, scientifically robust, evidence-based, and aligned with PMI’s science and business strategy.

Impact You'll Own

• Transform complex evidence and expert input into clear, decision-ready scientific content.
• Build robust, consistent, and traceable evidence assets.
• Enable informed R&D decisions, publication strategy, claims substantiation, and access to trusted scientific knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Develop scientific content frameworks and identify new areas for the Scientific Library and publications, ensuring compliance with scientific excellence standards and R&D governance.
• Guarantee the integrity of scientific assets and resolve ambiguities or inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain scientific summaries, evidence packages, study briefs, and internal statements that reflect scientific advances.
• Contribute to scientific knowledge repositories and their integration with digital, data, and AI capabilities.
• Advance scientific content standards and methodologies through expert leadership and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• MSc or PhD in life sciences or a related field.
• Significant R&D experience in scientific content development, evidence synthesis, or communication.
• Skills: scientific writing, evidence synthesis, scientific communication, quality and compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and AI and data literacy.
