What we're looking for:

✅ 8–12 years of experience in strategic projects, programme management or PMO leadership.

✅ Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities and executive presence.

✅ A track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed organisations.

✅ Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

✅ PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.

Experience in healthcare or a large diversified organisation would be an advantage.
