Senior Manager, Structured Products

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, evaluation, product onboarding/distribution introduction, and regular updates on structured products, covering both asset class level and product level.
• Provide product support, wealth management solutions, and investment expertise to investment advisors and clients; assist in addressing enquiries and explaining the sophisticated structures of structured products.
• Conduct product due diligence, regular reviews, and evaluations on product issuers/providers and their products.
• Introduce quality business partners to the Bank. Key tasks include, but are not limited to, product issuer/provider evaluation, distribution agreement coordination, and operational flow monitoring.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing products to ensure compliance requirements are well satisfied; perform periodic reviews of internal policies and procedures.
• Update the latest information on onboarded products and assets, including but not limited to risk rating, high-yield features, tenor, use of derivatives, and complex product attributes.
• Develop and enhance asset allocation/robo-advisory services through AI integration.
• Handle file maintenance and compile regular and ad-hoc reports for management or other departments’ review.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in structured products in banks or securities firms.
• Possess solid knowledge of multiple asset classes and various investment products, and be familiar with regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using AI tools; prior experience in system enhancement projects will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
