Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting

Colorado Electrical Engineering LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead talent acquisition strategies and build strong pipelines for technical and engineering positions. This role focuses on recruiting leadership, hiring efficiency, and collaboration with department managers to attract qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical recruiting strategies and hiring initiatives
• Manage recruiters and coordinate recruitment activities
• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract engineering and technical talent
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring timelines, and candidate pipelines
• Improve interview processes and candidate experience
• Ensure recruiting practices follow applicable employment guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Significant experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
• Previous recruiting leadership or team management experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and deadlines
