Senior Manager – Tool Room

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 10–15 Years

Industry: Injection Molding / Plastic Components / Tooling / Tool Room

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete Tool Room operations

• Handle mold design, manufacturing, maintenance, modification & repair

• Plan and monitor new mold development and mold trials

• Ensure timely completion of tooling projects as per quality and delivery targets

• Manage CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, VMC, grinding and conventional machining activities

• Troubleshoot mold and tooling-related issues

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design & Engineering teams

• Manage manpower, tooling costs, maintenance schedules and productivity

• Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime and tooling-related rejections

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Tool & Die/Production Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience in plastic injection molds and tool room operations

• Good knowledge of mold construction, maintenance and troubleshooting

• Strong team management and problem-solving skills
