• Experience handling sales metrics and driving revenue

Good Have Skills

• Experience in Insurance Sales domain
• Experience managing remote/distributed teams
• Knowledge of CRM / Sales Force Automation tools
• Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the outbound sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets
