该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Vendor Management is responsible for leading and optimizing the vendor relationship lifecycle to drive strategic value, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. This role involves developing and executing vendor strategies, managing key supplier partnerships, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Manager will oversee a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to cost savings, quality improvements, and innovation through effective vendor management practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement vendor management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance supplier performance and accountability. Lead the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and offboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement. Analyze vendor performance data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on vendor-related metrics, risks, and opportunities. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to achieve cost savings and ensure value delivery. Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks, including compliance, financial, operational, and reputational risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations) to align vendor management activities with business objectives. Mentor and develop a high-performing vendor management team, providing guidance and support for professional growth. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to vendor management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM) is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relationship management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex vendor portfolios and delivering cost savings and performance improvements. Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in vendor management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
