Senior Manager-Warehouse

Role & responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Intermediates, APIs, and Finished Goods.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, ALCOA+, Data Integrity, Safety, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and material movements through SAP.
• Ensure proper storage, dispensing, receipt, issuance, and dispatch of materials as per SOPs.
• Lead and support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal quality audits.
• Drive implementation of Quality Management Systems including:
• Change Control
• Deviations
• Investigations
• CAPA
• Risk Assessments
• Prepare, review, and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure implementation of 5S, safety practices, housekeeping, and warehouse compliance standards.
• Coordinate closely with QA, QC, Production, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Lead warehouse manpower planning, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical API and Formulation Warehouse Operations.

• Hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office applications.
