Our Healthcare & Life Sciences team works with leading organizations across APAC on growth, transformation, and market complexity. Our work spans MedTech, diagnostics, digital health, healthcare services, and the broader healthcare ecosystem, in close collaboration with colleagues across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.

How You Will Create an Impact

Client and Commercial Leadership

• Lead or co-lead strategy and commercial excellence engagements across APAC, including growth and service-line strategy, pricing and revenue optimization, network expansion, patient experience, go-to-market, and sales effectiveness
• Advise C-suite, clinical, and business leaders on portfolio strategy, market expansion, commercial operating models, and front-office transformation
• Shape patient- and customer-centric strategies that respond to evolving patient, payer, and government expectations
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Facilitate executive workshops and structured decision-making sessions

People and Office Leadership

• Mentor and develop consultants and project teams
• Help build a collaborative, entrepreneurial, high-performance culture
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
• Contribute to the growth of our APAC Healthcare & Life Sciences practice

Thought Leadership

• Develop thought leadership and represent Simon-Kucher at industry conferences, client events, and executive forums

Your Profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally including substantial experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm
• Strong healthcare experience, with MedTech and/or life sciences expertise preferred
• Track record of leading complex strategy, growth, commercial excellence, or transformation engagements from problem definition through implementation planning
• Credibility with senior executives and experience managing C-suite, clinical, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience leading and developing high-performing consulting teams
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA, Master’s, PhD, MD, MPH, or another advanced degree preferred
• Full professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in a major Asian language is highly advantageous
• Customer orientation, collaborative working style, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to travel across Asia and internationally as required
